ran with Cassie Lizza....started at old Martic Forge lot in Pequea and went south. slow moving. took a little more than 3 hours to go 11 miles to Holtwood park...on way back, I was short of time. we took off trail on other side of Pinnacle to River Rd., then ran the road for about 4 miles back to car...overall good workout....got warm the last couple miles.
