very cold...parked at WW main lot, ran up around Chris Beckers hood, then looped around WW...took Greenbelt down past HACC/Farm Show, then behind old state hospital took extension and ran to end and looped around neighborhood then back through. Saw Hannah Ritch and Eddie P. by Farm Show.....right glute sore...definitely slowed me down. need to stretch and role.
