ran it in reverse......ran with Gary and Laura Bowman, Mandy Pierce, then met up with Don Halke and met Marcia Peters and ran with them for about 3 miles. a nicer day than the day before. my legs felt surprisingly good since I ran it the day before....nicer sunny morning. the last 8 miles i did myself and finished strong. the distance showing .2 miles shorter than day before. only difference other than going in reverse is that i took water tank straight up the first day...took Marcia's Madness trail this day.....overall, pleased with how i felt.
