parked at new a.t. lot by old tubby's bar....took rd to link trail at watershed up mtn to hawk rock, then out to blue blazed trail. then down to watershed logging road and back through...pushed fairly hard going up to hawk rock....left glute felt pretty good, but right calf got tight. good run.
