3:45-4:13....expectations weren't as good as i was sick the week and day before leading up to the race. i had head/sinus cold. was looking to finish under 8 hrs and good with results. snow covered on the way out from snow the day before, but muddy/wet on the way back through. i met and ran with Kiran Koons for a little bit. legs felt good for the most part. left calf/IT band sore the last few miles going down hill.
