Third round of Summer Speed Sessions @ Hillsboro HS track. Our main workout consisted of various intervals with same amount of recovery between each one
-One mile (4 laps) warm up
-Followed by some stretching exercises.
-Then did 2 x 200 meter strides with 200 meter recovery between each one….then it was onto the real workout.
-4 x 200 meters at 0:58 (7:44 pace) with 200 meter recovery between each one. Here is how I did on the 4 laps…

-Actually beat my goal on every lasp…my fastest lap was the next to last one at a 6:17 pace!!! Another fun workout!!!!
