Pretty pleased with this workout. OK the pace may not have been earth shattering. But the gradient was 12%, and each rep was faster than the last:

Pretty near perfect. The effort felt constant throughout, the times fell without any conscious effort on my part. Might have had something to do with the sun coming up.

Stopped at 6 reps, could have gone to 10, but wanted to leave something in the tank. Will build up number of reps over coming weeks. Really enjoyed this one - it could become a staple workout.
