Starting my Yasso 800s as a bit of speed work. Not a great session - was aiming for 4 @ 3:30 but it's early days yet.
Aim is to run 10 x 800 @ 3:30 with 400 jog rec @3:30 between. Once up to 10 reps aim to decrease time so running them @ 3:00.
Will give good indication of marathon time allegedly!
