29 Centigrade / 84 Fahrenheit. 500ml of water....lasted for 8 miles. That was pretty fucking stupid. Refilled from sheep's drinking troughs along the way. Stupid again - but probably saved me from harm in the short term. No gels, no s-caps, no nuun, no nothing. Just me, a pair of trainers and a pair of shorts. Fuck.
