GA progression from 7:45 pace to 6:20. About 7 average.

Felt much too hard. I can't be overtraining.... my mileage has cut massively. Must be undertrained.... or am I? In a slump?

Bollocks ached a bit. Heart rate soared to 180 (!) as the progression went up to 6:20 pace - should be about 20 bpm less than this.... took 3 mins to drop to 120 - should take about 90 secs. This is really not good at all.

I think I need to increase the mileage again. Quickly. And lose some bloody weight.
