4 mile run with 10x30 second surges. Felt good, was faster than i was expecting so thats always cool. Workouts have been feeling progressively better which is a good sign i think.
Yesterday I was the special guest on the schaumburg high school xc summer camp zoom session. I talked to them about club running and showed them our hip mobility stuff. Hopefully I motivated some of them to be a part of the future of NIRCA, who knows
