We'll take that time, not in the 19s (or 18s) yet but we are heading in the right direction between time trials. Felt hard but a good hard, like I gave it what I had today but I know Ill have more to give in the coming weeks. The first annual Brisa McGrath Memorial 3 Mile Time Trial was a success (shes not dead just stuck in the Mahomet wasteland)
