Notes

Nice slightly faster than recovery run with 4x30 sec surges with wassim beckerman cade brisa grace and leonel. I got in a nice rhythm towards the second half so I sped up. Little sore from sprints practice but i like being sore especially in my hamstrings and quads it means my process of bulletproofing my thighs is working
