2 x 800s today in the pool. Grace did it yesterday while i was doing the i.m. workout so i thought id give it a go. 32 laps twice sounded daunting so i thought of it as there and back 16 times and so I threw it back to my 2 mile days where the race was 16 laps indoors so i used that mentality doing it and that worked. Not too hard but still a good workout. Glad my land 800s are a lot quicker and I can breathe whenever I want. Gonna try running again tomorrow. Weird thing about this precaution training is that i dont know when to come back cause it feels fine because it had never hurt a ton. Usually (or every time in the past) when i take time off for pain its cause i pushed the injury too hard and I had to take time off until it healed fully. Also Im not fully sure that its running in the first place that irritated it and not biking but Im not bringing my bike home over spring break so it will have a week without it so hopefully itll just disappear completely.
