Felt really good. The temp has officially dropped and runs feel better
Decided today that my struggles with running have all been mental (besides the achilles flare every once in a while) and that I can 100% change how I think about running. Running on my own for months has been demotivating as hell. Naturally a bad attitude has kinda came from it. But today Im gonna change that. Gonna change how I think throughout my day about my run and how its gonna be right before. Heres to getting out of the slump
