Notes
Good run today, felt better than a lot of my reccent runs probably cause of the temp dropping again. Left knee and right hip felt a little funky at first but they were on opposite sides so they cancelled out and felt better. When me and my friend would meet up and run over summer we would see this old guy that would run in jeans everyday and I hadnt seen him for a while but today I saw him again so that made me happy.
