Nice and easy peazy pre-meet run today with Maddy Emily and Brianna. Really chill pace which I appreciated. Brianna was telling us about what she does to help kids with cleft lips and other facial deformities (thomas tran still hates the children). Had a nice nap today after that 10pm practice and big illini win. SUPER excited to race tomorrow and see how everyone is gonna do. I think im gonna buy one of those fancy stopwatches that coaches use cause i like getting splits for people. Everyone in my 800 heat is seeded from 2:35-2:45 so it will be a closely packed race so it should be a good time as long as i dont get boxed in or stuck on the outside
