3x2 min tempo with 2 min easy between sets. This is always my first workout back after taking time off because its a good first workout cause its not too hard but it still gets the rust off your legs and helps them remember how to go zoom again. When i did this workout back in December, I did it with some mid-D guy named Alfonso and that was the first time I saw him and the last time I saw him so sorry Patrick if i scared away one of your mid-D bois.
