First mile felt really good, but calves tightened up cause I forgot to stretch after doing weighted calf raises today (oops) but after the progression part, I stretched so the 2 min surges felt really good
Woo! And rolling out literally solves all (most lol) of my tightness so I’d recommend to roll roll roll
