3x8 bench press 75lbs, 3x10 front dumbell squats 30lbs, 3x10 leg press 55-65lbs each side, 3x10 single arm rows 25lbs, 3x10 GHR 25lbs, 3x10 birds 10lbs, 3x10 leg curls 70-90lbs, 3x5 assisted pull ups, calf raises, core

I try to avoid the squat/bench press racks at my gym cause they are the auto spotters and for some reason it always seemed like i wouldnt get a good workout from them but i found out today the bar is actually 15 pounds and i thought it was 45 so that explains a lot so now ill be able to adjust to use them more often just in time to head back to campus lol
