Shorts weather again 😍😍😍 Explored some new deep Urbana today with Brisa on the bike. Figured since my hamstring tightened up when I stopped, I should run somewhere where Id stop minimally. Some places i did have to stop but I kept my leg moving so it didnt tightened up. Im logging this right after getting back so I gotta see how it feels tonight but so far seems like improvement. Run felt really good, started raining halfway through and it was a perfect temperature so I was able to zoom a bit. Naturally progressed the first 3 miles and I was like "gotta get the 4th one even faster" so I picked up the gear a bit
Yesterday me Audrey and Leonel went to the springfield hooters just cause. None of us had been to one before and were bored and wanted wings lol
