2x5 min wall sit 2x20 pushups 100 calf raises 3x15 TWLs at increased weight 3x12 RDLs 3x12 bicep curls mobility and sally up squats

Idk how to explain it but my quads after i stood up from wall sits felt incredible from the pain idk what it is but it felt really good
