Good easy run today again. Gonna try and increase mileage a tid bit second half of this week. Also for anyone who wants a little spice in their road runs on friday I will be doing a total of six (6) minutes of tempo sprinkled into my run if anyone wants to join let me know and Ill tell you what increments im doing
