Test mile to see how my heal is doing. Pretty good wasn't expecting it to be perfect so i biked after too. I think letting it heal for the rest of today and taking a couple advil before my run tomorrow should make it pretty much gone
Oh yeah forgot to log the other day that some kid at work pooped in a garbage can so that was fun for our cashiers to clean up lol
