6x400s today. Couldnt get on the track so I did laps around my high school again and I couldnt get location for the first couple reps so I went off of what my indoor mode on my watch said was .25 which seemed really slow but it turned out that it was off by a bit which made sense why my first couple were hella slow cause i was running extra. Once I got my location to work, and factoring down my times from the first two to about what my 400 split woulda been I was consistently hitting 89s which isnt as fast as I would have liked them to be, but again all things about the location of the reps considered, pretty happy with how the workout went.
My aunt dropped off a puzzle that she finished already on monday for me to do so Im gonna start it tonight once it will have been in quarantine for 72 hours
