Nice long run with Grace Wassim Leonel and Lauren on the bike. Leonel told us stories of the club in the past and when Michael Frintner spent the whole winter break without heat in the boys house. Good run at a good pace. Ive decided over winter break to begin a long run jedi training where I become one with the long run to be able to call actual long runs long runs again. Im thinking about doing the half in april so I want to be able to get a double digit long run without gettig hurt lol.
