4 600s at mile pace was overall really solid. Glute felt really tight in the warmup so i was a little worried but workout felt really smooth and controlled. Shot for 2:07-2:08 range and my splits were 2:07 2:08 2:07 and 2:05 so right where i shoulda been. Checked my watch every 200 cause i was worried i forgot how to pace 600s and my splits were all pretty consistent as well which is lit. Brisa cheered me on from the car
At St Joe i found a trail that leads to rail trail thatll come in handy if we ever have a time trial there
