5 mile run with 3x4 min tempo surges. Was going back and forth if i was gonna make this workout 4x3 min or 3x4 min cause I want to do 1200s next week which are about 4 mins but I just did 800s which are about 3 mins but i figured jack daniels says 4mins is ideal for VO2 max workouts so thats what I did. Felt overall really good.
Yesterday I was bored so I decided to take on the 2.5 hour project of pulling all the weeds on the side of my house. There was quite a bit of them but it looks a lot better now. Later in the week ill probably try to knock out the front yard to continue my quarantine yardwork projects.
Sunday I gave my dad his second quarantine haircut and I did better this time cause he didn't have to wear a hat to work
