Didnt know what to log a progression run as so i logged it as this. Wanted to follow Joshs training but since i did hills last week i wanted to do something different so i did a prog with hills after. Started at 8:15 pace so warmup was built in and got down to 6:30 pace. For the most part, I consistently got faster except for during the hill at around mile 2.5 but pretty happy with this workout considering i usually do progressions on a treadmill so i can automatically increase speed so it was nice to do it manually lol
Ellis straight up told us they are gonna come test the guards on Saturday which is great news because 4 of the 7 guards working are from Schaumburg so im pretty confident theyll be fine
