6 400s with Thomas Maggie and Brisa at slightly faster than goal pace for the first mile of a 3 mile race. Solid effort all around.
Found out today that chick fil a is named after chicken fillets
wait i thought the "a" was for "a-grade" lol. Nice 400s!!
