Nice easy run this morning, felt better than most of my runs have felt lately probably cause it was a little cooler out. SHS started their in person xc summer camp today and i ran past some of them who said they got attacked by red winged blackbirds. If anyone knows how to exterminate the birds hit me up.
The freshman (well now sophomore) video chat was back in action last night it was good to actually speak to a lot of them again
