Hilly but solid run. First mile with ella and bridget for their warmup, last 3 around olivet and the college. Very small and never saw a student the whole time. Nationals is a ton of fun so far and everyone is doing so well! Besides the hotel its all going good, we ended the day in second to Michigan and we have a lot of sprints left which is our strong suit. Excited to racing!
