Told myself in may i wouldnt go a grass workout till july to build up a base first but today is now july 3rd so i did 8x400s on the grass. They werent fast they were all in the 1:30-1:37 range but it wasnt a speed workout it was just about going faster on grass and getting used to the grass so id say it was a success

Today is my last training at work and then we open on monday. Its definitely weird cause normally for lifeguarding everyone has to practically be on top of each other when you are practicing cpr, spinal injuries, etc but now we really cant practice any of that cause we have to comply with social distancing. Most of the guards though have worked 3+ years so we know what we are doing but its weird to not really be able to go over that stuff
