This was actually a little over an hour elliptical ride lol we are just logging it as a run cause there is no elliptical option and i dont feel like making one. Training is gonna be a little funky the next couple days with the traveling so this is technically like my monday run, im taking tomorrow as my off day and the plan is to do long run monday and then move the Tuesday workout to Wednesday cause long run and workouts back to back dont mix well with me. With moving back in, it might be the same way next week but we will see
