Another bike today. Frustrating cause i know i can run on it, (and high school me would have) but im trying to remind myself to heal pain before it becomes a bigger problem. Ive always been one to push injuries too far till they become more serious and im gonna try and break that habit.
After we saw Florida had 15k new covid cases yesterday we have decided to cancel our vacation. Its unfortunate but Im not too upset because it was supposed to be a relaxing beach vacation but after doing nothing for most of the summer thus far, doing nothing but on a beach didnt sound as appealing as it normally does. Hopefully we will go over winter break
