3x20 ‘bench with ~25 lbs backpack, 3x10 skull crushers w 20lbs, 3x8 dumbbell flys wit~8 lbs, 3x12 curls ~8 lbs, 3x10 cable rows 25lbs, 3x10 pushups

Backpack was filled with 9 gatorades, gatorade powder carton, 8 trulys, and all the other miscellaneous objects i keep in my track bag so weight is an estimate and was disbursed interestingly throughout
