3X10 leg press 55-65lbs each side, 3X10 birds (idk the real name i just call them that) 10lbs, 3X10 leg curls 75lbs, 3X10 bicep curls 30lbs, 3X10 RDLs 40lbs, 3X10 lat pulls 50lbs I really should start logging core, I do it 5 times a week
