Pace includes the 4 30 sec pickups i did during this 5.5 mile run, I just logged them separately so I can see on my chart that I had them in here. Hot, but felt pretty good I think im slowly heat acclimating
Yesterday i got to see brisa for the first time since march which was fun. She let me play country music for a little bit which was shocking. I also got over 25k steps for the first time since club relays so Id say it was a pretty good day
