Wow it feels good to be back, and a lot has happened since i last logged a run. You can read in more detail what's happened but heres just a quick summary: we rescued baby squirrels that were following us, i gave my dad a horrid haircut, my mom's friend is going through a divorce and so she and her son are living in our basement so they dont have to live together, and I finished freshman year.
So great run overall today felt a little gross and a little stiff and a little awkward in the bike muscles at first cause its a different activity but overall solid day. It was pouring rain and I got new shoes, so to avoid them getting ruined right away i wore my current shoes instead
I used to log everything about my runs and workouts in a log book and since running ahead came along ive been progressively forgetting to use that and that's where i keep track of my paces and stuff so i can track and compare progress and analyze stuff etc so now im gonna start logging that stuff here.
