Nice run with brisa. We started out with Riley, Brianna, Audrey, and Lauren and were getting hyped up for Christmas and the secret santa. The second half it was just me and brisa cause we were going further than them and the subconscious lack of tempo Tuesday and the competitive edge in both of us caused us to get progressively faster paced throughout the second half so by the time we were done we were flying. Felt good though and i need a run like that every once in a while cause i like to try and negative split in my 800s
