Tempo Tuesday and medium long runs are back which means my weekly running schedule is getting some structure again yay. Very hot real feel was 80 at 6:30 and it was humid. First part felt good then the heat got to me eventually. Saw the Zelinski brothers, Karsten is a year older than me and runs at Augustana and Charles just graduated high school. They are a very friendly family
I would like to thank the wind on Springinsguth road for getting me through the final stretch of this run. When I was thinking of this log in my head when i was running I thought of something I thought was clever about the wind but now im realizing its really just plain cheesy but ill say it anyway: not all heroes where capes but the wind makes sure the ones that do look cool so its the real MVP
