Staircase to heaven workout: [1600 (6:46), 1000 (4:11) 800 (3:15) 600 (2:26) 400 (90)]. Not overly thrilled with my times for this workout, but I felt like I was working hard so at the end of the day I did what I could. Not every workout is gonna be good and sometimes its the bad workouts you need most. Really glad i could get on the track today though. My high school running buddy is back in school now so I can crawl under the fence to use the track now without her worrying about me getting in trouble. They really dont care though. 2 maintenance/ security guys were out there and saw me in the locked track and didnt say anything or care so i dont see what the big deal is. Lifted afterwards. Its so weird to go to the gym to lift cause I can get in for free at the rec center cause I work for the park district, but im the youngest one there by about 35 years. Those people all lived through vietnam and I wasnt even alive in the 90s. Weird
