Virtual turkey trot this morning on my schaumburg tempo loop (but not tempo pace). Didnt race it, as i have been running for 3 days but it was a little uptempo but not tempo pace. The race made me run with my phone for gps but my phones old and couldnt get the app so i had to run with my moms phone. Lot of people out and about today which is a nice change in scenery from the past couple days. Post run mcdonalds cinnamon roll and a couple of the chocolate cookies I made last night for breakfast
I was reading my old logs from a year ago to see when I started lifting and increasing mileage and I was reading some of my old logs from a year ago and they are a lot longer and more entertaining, Strava musta killed my long logs so Ill get back on that logging about my run AND my day grind
