"Long" run today was good. Wanted a little shorter long run today cause i went far last week and i wanted my legs to recover kinda. Felt clonky at first but then i got in a groove and was able to pick it up last mile. I like this route cause there isnt a ton of lights/places you get stopped so its a good route to do a long run. I made it up and no one in schaumburg ever wants to do it when i do it so no one else knows it so its one of my secret routes. I get recertifed today for lifeguarding which means I will be in a pool for at least 4 hours swimming/treading water/ fake saving people. I have a lot to live up to for the written test cause i got a 100 last year but I don't anticipate it being hard.
