I didn't get through the whole workout. I missed my last km and the 10 minutes of easy. Treadmill was acting up at the gym ad I paused it to try to fix it but instead it thought my workout was done. Oh well. Still feel very strong. Taking it easy has really seemed to help. I'm less nervous about the 10 km next weekend.
