Ran too fast. My body was tired from the mileage this week. I don't think it's used to moderate length runs in the middle of the week. I just wanted to get this one done so I think I went faster subconsciously. Afterwards I felt terrible. My skin hurt, my body hurt and I was freezing even though I was outside in 95 degree heat. That was a little weird. Thankfully tomorrow is an off day because my body needs a rest from running.
Adjustment afterwards. New track is ~445.+ meters. Marking 446 since I was running on the second lap for most of it.
