I think I ran this one pretty well. I usually have stomach problems in the morning but I've got to get used to running in the morning. I'm happy I woke up and got myself ready ("stomach") in about 30 minutes. I was off and it was nice and cool. I started out slow and then gradually picked up pace around the halfway mark. I slowed down the final 2 miles but they were mostly uphill. I think if training goes well this summer this is the pace I'll be aiming to go for Chicago in October.
