Notes
I can't get over how hot and huimid it is here in China. I went out before 6 in the morning when the sun wasn't quite out yet and I came back drenched in sweat and feeling exhausted after what was a pretty easy pace for 5 miles if I was back at home and it was a few degrees cooler. Last full day here until I fly back tomorrow. I'm not sure if I'll be doing a run tomorrow so this may be my last run in China on this trip.
