I started out feeling tired on this one. Then after the first mile my heart rate started increasing. I think I've poorly laid out my routes as first mile - down hill. Then it's a lot of uphills. My body held up remarkably well adding another day into the mix and running 4 straight days. It kind of reminds me of my 240 day streak earlier this year. It's no where near but considering where I was a couple months ago this is amazing. Tomorrow is a rest day and I think I'll really appreciate that.
