Just a beautiful night for a run. I went at an easy pace but I'm a little concerned at my heart rate. I'd like to see it at under 150 for these runs. Ankle acted up a little bit but I'm leaning towards an issue with the shoe. Luckily my new running shoes are on order and being shipped as we speak.
